- Thermal baths require swimsuits and rental locks. Bring a small towel.
- Buy public transport tickets in advance, fines for travelling without are €20+ and inspectors check randomly.
- Hungarian forint not euros. Currency exchange in tourist areas is rip-off pricing, use ATMs.
