1. The site

Molly's Maps is a travel information website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Content is open for personal use

The maps, guides, and articles on this site are open to access and use for personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may bookmark pages, save them to your devices, and share links with friends. You may not republish, reproduce, or commercially redistribute the content without written permission.

3. Display advertising

The site includes display advertisements (currently served via Google AdSense or similar networks). These are clearly visible as banner ads between content sections. Ads are placed algorithmically based on page content and your browser's general signals, we don't choose which specific ads appear. By using the site you accept that ads may be shown. You can use a browser ad-blocker if you prefer; we don't try to circumvent them.

4. Accuracy of recommendations

We curate recommendations to the best of our ability, but business hours, addresses, prices, and operating status change without notice. Always verify with the venue before traveling. We aren't responsible for closed businesses, changed menus, full reservations, or your overall dining and travel experience.

5. Third-party links and services

Our content includes links to third-party sites (booking platforms, official venue websites, Google Maps, etc.). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services. Their terms apply when you use them.

6. Map data

Our interactive maps use OpenStreetMap data, CARTO map tiles, the Leaflet rendering library, and Google Maps for "Open in Maps" navigation links. Their respective terms of service apply.

7. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you're agreeing to receive emails from Molly's Maps. We never share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8. Intellectual property

The original content on this site, the curated lists, written guides, design, and brand, is © Molly's Maps and protected by copyright. Map tiles and underlying geographic data are licensed from their respective providers as noted on the maps.

9. Liability

Molly's Maps content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any losses, damages, expenses, or other consequences arising from use of our content, recommendations, or any third-party services linked from the site.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
